Professional Overview:
Dr. Carruthers is a board-certified Family Medicine physician working at a self-established private practice (J. Todd Carruthers, MD) in Allen, TX. He grew up in Iowa and attended Southern Methodist University where he graduted cum laude before returning to Iowa for his medical education at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Carruthers then returned to the Dallas area and practiced in Richardson and Plano before relocating to Allen and establishing his private practice.
With a wealth of medical experience in preventative care and chronic disease management, and specialized experience in cosmetic treatments (including SculpSure® and BOTOX®), weight management, and minor surgeries, Dr. Curruthers is an incredibly well-rounded physician, and we are happy to partner with him to further medical science in a variety of areas.
